Alec Goh is the Head of HTX Ventures, the global investment arm of HTX, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges. In this role, Alec leads efforts to incubate and drive strategic investments in high-potential projects that aim to shape the future of the digital asset ecosystem, contributing to the growth and evolution of HTX and the broader industry.
Before assuming his current role, Alec served as an Investment Director at HTX, where he spearheaded investments and M&A initiatives. He played a pivotal role in expanding HTX’s international presence, overseeing strategic asset acquisitions, and contributing to the largest equity exit in the digital asset sector. Prior to HTX, Alec built a distinguished career at top-tier financial institutions including Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, where he gained extensive experience in structured finance, private equity, and M&A across EMEA and APAC, successfully executing high-value corporate finance transactions throughout the region.
