With more than 12 years of experience in fintech and blockchain, Arturas has advised startups, scale-ups, payment institutions, crypto companies, investors, and financial institutions on licensing, payment infrastructure, banking partnerships, fundraising readiness, and international expansion. His expertise spans MiCA/CASP, EMI and PI licensing, Banking-as-a-Service, digital asset infrastructure, and cross-border payments.
