I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Soda Labs, where we’re building privacy infrastructure for on-chain finance.
Web3 adoption is blocked by a simple contradiction:
financial systems need privacy, blockchains expose everything.
Stablecoins, RWAs, payroll, B2B payments, and regulated DeFi cannot scale without solving this.
At Soda Labs, we provide compliant, programmable privacy for stablecoins and on-chain value flows — without relying on trusted hardware or breaking composability.
Our infrastructure enables private transfers, selective disclosure, and regulatory alignment across public blockchains.
We work at the intersection of:
• MPC & applied cryptography
• Stablecoins & on-chain payments
• RWAs & enterprise DeFi
• Privacy with compliance (not against it)
Before Soda, I earned a PhD in cryptography from Bar-Ilan University and served as a cryptographer at VMware, working on real-world, production-grade cryptographic systems. Today, I focus on turning deep cryptography into deployable, revenue-generating products for issuers, wallets, protocols, and institutions.
If you’re:
– a stablecoin issuer
– a financial institution exploring on-chain rails
– a protocol that needs privacy without losing trust
– an investor who believes privacy is infrastructure, not a feature
